Summer Recreation Coach
Double Play Community Center is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Summer Recreation team as Coaches (Counselors). This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with children and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

Supervise and ensure the safety of children during summer recreation activities
Lead group activities, including games, sports, and team-building exercises
Encourage participation and positive behavior among campers
Act as a role model and mentor, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere
Communicate effectively with fellow staff and program leaders to ensure a smooth daily schedule

Must have completed junior year of high school
Experience working with children preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage group dynamics and encourage teamwork

Exact start date TBD, program to start in July and run for 6 weeks.
