Fitness Classes are available for both members and non-members. Get fit in a fun and supportive environment! Group classes offer encouragement, connection and accountability. Taught by certified personal trainers and specialists, our classes help you to do more, learn more and be more of what you want to be!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Functional Fitness
Complete a full body workout that ranges from cardio-based interval training to weight training. Great for overall strength, development, and toning!

H.I.I.T.- CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING
High intensity interval training. This is a fast and efficient way to train your cardiovascular system by alternating bursts of intense work with lower-intensity rest periods.

F.F.I.I.T.
Functional Fitness moves combined with High-Intensity Interval Training.

Yoga- CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING
Both physical & spiritual exercise through breathing techniques, posture, relaxation, and meditation. Helps improve overall health and happiness.

Walk-Fit
Light cardio and movement fitness class to improve overall wellness, balance, and strength.
