High Intensity Interval Training
Instructor: Hollie Petrus
A fast-paced workout class that consists of short, repetitive workouts of high intensity.

Come Join Ms. Nicky as she teaches ballroom dance. All levels welcomed! No experience needed! $60 for 6 sessions.

$12 Per Class. No preregistration required. Just show up!
Starts February 28th. Runs Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm - 2pm.

Naam Meditation is a beautiful, calming method of meditation using a combination of breathwork, sacred music, healing sound, positive affirmations, and hand postures. The music that accompanies each class has been composed using a rare mathematical system known to restore and raise the energetic and cellular vibrations within the body and is an instrumental tool for those who wish to improve any aspect of their life. Each class is an hour long and is designed with intentions to stimulate and synchronize our 4 glandular systems responsible for controlling our brain, nervous systems, endocrine system and blood chemistry. You will be guided to learn to eliminate automatic negative reactions to your daily stresses and retrain the brain and nervous system to respond to each negative life event in a more positive, controlled manner, resilient to stress and negativity. Naam Meditation not only aligns the mind, but also the connection with body & spirit so we may experience balance and relief from many different ailments. It will leave your mind free from clutter, destructive chatter, obsessive thoughts, compulsions, and negative patterns.
