Monday-Friday @ the Fitness Center. 11:00am-12:00pm.
Light cardio and movement fitness class to improve overall wellness. Designed for seniors seeking general health benefits.

Men’s Open Basketball
Mondays from 6:30-8:30pm @ St. Peter's Gymnasium. 16 and over.
Recreational basketball for anyone interested in basic fitness and fun with the game of basketball. Four on Four league will follow this activity in the winter. Great way to get active and develop fitness skills through recreation.
Cost: $3 per session -
Water Aerobics
Mondays/Wednesdays at the Lowville pool. 7:00-7:45am.
Practice essential fitness elements designed for better overall health and wellness, muscle function and flexibility. Improve circulation and energy levels with this great program. All ages are welcome.
Cost: $5 per class -
Co-Ed Volleyball League
Saturdays from 4:00-8:00pm @ LACS downstairs gym.
January 18 - February 22
Adult co-ed volleyball league for both recreational and competitive teams. Teams of 6 to 8 people. At least 2 females must be playing at all times. Each team will play one 1 hour match per night with exception of a bye. Sign up in person on Saturday, January 25th.
Cost: $25 per person
