$160 for 6 week class
Course cost includes paints, brushes, easel, pallet, canvas and instruction.
Grow in your ability to paint with award winning , local artist Sally Nostrant. Learn the basics of acrylic painting with Acrylics Made Easy, a 6 week class running on Mondays from 1:00pm-3:30pm at the Double Play Senior Center. Starts April 10 and runs through May 15.
All skill levels are welcome from beginners to experienced artists. Individual attention is given to each student with demonstrations given to teach techniques. Have some fun and learn new skills. Some materials will be provided and bring what you already have!

(includes the use of dslr camera, memory card, battery and lens for duration of class )
You will learn the basics of photography in a way that is interactive, fun and in context. (so you can see the results of what you are learning so it really sticks). Learn the basics of exposure and composition, create a relationship with light and learn to make the photos you see in your head happen in camera! Then take those images into editing software to take them to the next level. Camera equipment will be provided if needed.
We'll close out the course with a show of each students favorite photos!
