Hollie is a lover of all things health and fitness. With a bachelor's in science in Kinesiology Exercise Science , Hollie spent the past 10 years in Hawaii exploring different exercise modalities (Crossfit, Lagree, Yoga) and learning about plant based nutrition. Hollie's focus is on self care and fitness on all levels; caring as much about proper form and movement as she does about what you put into your body. Using a whole approach, she'll push you to explore new levels of fitness for your body, is knowledgable in best practices for injury prevention, healing and recovery and will help you meet your fitness goals, all while having fun!
